Commercial locksmith in Mililani for shops, offices and clinics
A key that walked out with a former employee, a front door that fights you at closing time, or a team that has outgrown one shared key. We bring the van to your storefront and sort out who can open which door.
Call (808) 517-5776Which business lock jobs do we take?
Six kinds of work for the doors a Mililani business depends on. Tell us which one you need and how many doors are involved, and the price is set on that call.
Master key systems
One key for the owner that opens every door, and narrower keys for staff that open only their own areas. We plan the layout with you door by door, then pin each lock to match.
Keypads and card access
Keypad and card-reader locks for entrances, stockrooms and back offices. Codes and cards can be turned off when a person leaves, so the lock itself stays put.
Panic bars and exit hardware
Panic bars and other exit devices on rear and side doors. We install new ones and repair those that stick, rattle or fail to catch when the door swings shut.
Rekeying after staff turnover
When a manager or employee moves on, we change the pins inside your existing locks. Their old key stops turning, and the people still on the team get fresh keys.
Shut out of the shop or office
Keys left inside the suite, or a code nobody can remember. We get the door open and make sure the lock still turns smoothly before you start the day.
Storefront lock maintenance and repair
Shop doors open and close all day long. We service cylinders that bind, deadlocks that will not throw, and latches that miss their strike.
Where do we work on shop and office doors?
Most Mililani storefronts sit in a few shopping centers, and in Wahiawa we work along California Avenue and Kamehameha Highway. Name the center and the suite, and the van parks at the right door.

Four business situations, and the first step in each
-
A former employee kept the keys
List every door that person could open, including the back office and any cash room. That list is the rekey job, priced per lock.
If they held a master, all locks on the system need new pins, not just the front door.
-
The storefront door drags and won't latch
Check under the door for a mat, a wedge or grit in the threshold. If it is clear, stop slamming it: each hit knocks the latch further out of line.
Call before 10 PM so the shop is secured that night.
-
The master key is lost
Treat it as if every door is exposed. Note where it was last used, then plan to rekey the whole system so the lost key opens nothing.
-
Opening early and the key won't turn
Do not lean on the key. A twisted blade can snap inside the cylinder. Try a second staff key if one is close by.
Our phones open at 6 AM, in time for a bakery or breakfast counter that unlocks at dawn.
Business starting prices
- Rekeysfrom $75 per lock
- Lockoutsfrom $150
Master systems, access control and exit hardware are priced by door count and parts, and you hear the total on the call before the van leaves.
A commercial lock job, call to keys in hand
Three steps, with the price agreed before the van leaves.
You describe the doors
How many locks, what kind of doors, and what changed: someone left, a key went missing, or the hardware is failing. A phone photo of the lock helps.
Price and a time slot
We quote during the call and book a time that suits your trading hours. When the van is close, you get a heads-up call.
Work, test, hand over
We fit or rekey each lock, then you try every new key or code in its door. If something changes partway through, we pause and explain before going on.
Questions from shop and office owners
Each lock is pinned so two keys work it: the key for that door and one master. Staff carry keys only for the doors they use, while the owner or manager carries one master that opens them all.
Usually not. Rekeying swaps the pin set in your existing cylinders, so the old key stops working, and your current staff get new ones. It starts at $75 per lock.
Yes. We fit keypad and card-reader locks on the doors that see the most traffic. When someone leaves, their code or card is switched off without touching the cylinder.
We look at it first. A worn latch or a strike knocked out of line can often be adjusted or repaired. If the device itself is worn out, we quote a replacement before fitting anything.
Yes. We work any time between 6 AM and 10 PM, seven days a week, so early morning or after closing both work.
Not a business problem? We also take on:
Keys out there that should not be?
